Each of our fully equipped apartments awaits for you cleaned and prepared, and also included in the price are:

• electricity, water,
• fresh linen 1 x per week (or more often at your request),
• clean towels every three days,
• washing-machine and other available appliances,
• final cleaning (at your request regular cleaning every day) and more.

700m² of garden with tangerine trees, oranges and apples surround the house which is located in the quiet part of Lopar - San Marino.

The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away, and the beautiful sandy Rajska beach (Heavenly beach), the second most popular beach in Croatia is only 300 m away.

At 100 to 500 meters distance you can find various restaurants, coffee bars, a bank, a post office, an ambulance, a sport centre and many shops.
